For the Lazy Me

If you are as lazy as I am, then you find reasons not to do things. It is not really laziness per se, it is more that I just could not be bothered at all hence I find reasons to avoid certain things and find all means to get myself out of a lot of opportunities. It may be a formal engagement, a social commitment or just a simple leisurely occasion; if I have an option to just stay at home, I would rather stay cooped up at home than anything else. Exerting effort is hard and I would rather be left out with a lot of things than to go out of my way.

My friends love to go out. They love to engage in all kinds of things during weekends as a means to relieve themselves of the stresses that the entire work week gave, Me, I do not really care much for unwinding especially if it involves going out. I do not feel the need for such things because I would rather just stay at home, read a book and go online to play my favorite poker game.

For fun, I turn to gambling online. That, for me, is fun and I do not need to go out and get dressed for it. This is how I see it: my entire week is spent outside of the house doing nothing but work, so in the weekends, I would rather stay at home.

Online gaming is a perfect companion. It is entertaining and very easy to understand that even an old man like me can manage.
