Freelancer to the rescue

I work for a graphic design firm and creating websites for our clients is our job. Though we were pretty good at our job and had a lot of great clients who gave us projects on a routine basis we still lacked good web developers who could help us develop high quality websites according to the client’s specifications. Soon we had a new project coming up and so we decided on getting a freelance web developer against the wishes of many of our senior team members. After a little research on the internet I was able to find a great guy whose own website and portfolio impressed me greatly and so we decided to give him a try. He turned out to be a thorough professional and I didn’t have to waste any time on him in repeating the needs of the clients as he understood exactly what was expected of him and delivered great results well within the required timelines that gave our credibility a great boost among our clients. This freelancer turned out to be a savior and now we have been using him for many of our projects and are extremely happy with his performance. We never had imagined that a freelance developer would come to our rescue.
