Best plaques

I am the Head of Department of the food production department in a well-known catering institute. We regularly conduct Chef Competitions on new cuisines so that the students learn different types of cuisines and increase their skills. Recently, we had decided to hold a Norwegian Salmon cookery competition where the students had to cook and present the salmon by using unique and different cooking ingredients and methods. The Princess of Norway was invited to be the judge and all the budding Chefs were really excited to participate and were busy in their preparations. The judge had requested us to give wall plaques bearing the Norway flag as prizes. We had to oblige but were in a fix as we did not know where to get such awards from. I asked a friend of mine for help and he suggested that I check on the Internet for e-shops selling such custom made plaques. Luckily, I found the site http://www.trophies2go.com. They provided us with excellent plaques. The day of the competition finally arrived and the winner was the one who had used the Indian tandoori spices and the tandoor method for preparing the salmon dish. The princess liked the awards too. She thanked us for organizing such a well managed event.
